Goods that are in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition may be returned for credit if the following criteria is met:

• The return must be requested within 7 days of purchase
• A photograph must be submitted to show the condition of the goods and acceptance of return approved by ice-drinks.co.uk
• Collection and restocking fees will apply

Goods that are deemed defective or damaged may be returned upon investigation and approval by ice-drinks.co.uk if the following criteria is met:

• Damage must be noted on delivery.
• Photographs must be supplied.

If you receive you order and feel like you have had a change of heart, you are more than welcome to return your order we allow up to 7 days from receiving your order. However a 25% restocking fee will be charged and minus the delivery cost

If you arrange the return yourself,  drinks need to be returned to us in brand new condition this is your responsibility, on arrival the drinks will be inspected only then a refund will be processed.

Refunds will be returned back to you within 5 working days.
